All claims, disputes or disagreements which may arise out of the interpretation, performance or in any way relating to your use of this site and any all other artauk.com site(s), shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales and English law shall apply.

Payment Methods & Security

artauk.com accepts the following forms of payment for table booking:

Visa Mastercard Debit Cards
  • 1. Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
  • 2. Debit Cards, such as Visa, Delta, Mastro or Switch are accepted.
3. In the event of artauk.com needing to issue a refund or cancel a booking or upgrade a booking, we will ask you to contact us via phone and request the amendments/adjustments.

Card payments are secure
artauk.com do not accept cheques, American Express, Diners Club or other means of payment other than those detailed above.

Reservations

Table Bookings & Cancellations

  • Table Booking: We reserve the right to refuse your booking should it be necessary.
  • Your Booking Confirmation: Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
  • Amendments to Table Booking: Amendments to the booking time can be made via making a phone call to ARTA. Amendment to the content of your order can be made upon receiving a phone call as well. In case you are upgrading, you will be prompted to a new payment to adjust the additional amount. The booking can only be upgraded to a new one if it is available.
  • Cancellations: Table booking may be cancelled in full upon making a phone call and requesting a cancellation to the booking. We will endeavour to issue a refund to your credit card account within the terms agreed.
  • Attendees Responsibilities: When making a booking over the Internet you must carefully check the details in artauk.com website. Once you have pressed the "Submit" button a Booking Confirmation with confirmation number will be displayed. It is the attendee’s responsibility to enter the necessary details.

Your Personal Data: You agree that personal data may be retained, used and disclosed by us and our agents for the purpose of complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and complying with any legal obligations.

None of our employees, agents, or representatives, has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of these Conditions of order.
